Service Description

PLEASE ONLY SELECT THIS IF YOU WANT TO MEET IN PERSON AT THE CLUB. This is to arrange a sit down with a member of staff face to face if you have any questions regarding hiring our function room for an event such as; Birthdays, Christenings, Funerals, Conferences and more. Hopefully you can get a suitable time and date agreed and book it there, but if you need time to think about it, you can select another service for 'Room Hire - Payment' to finalize the event booking.

Cancellation Policy

You must pay before the event. If you have booked for room hire please pay up to 1 week before the event otherwise it will be cancelled.
